So how is our methodology different to traditional recruitment?


The Clover Lane team spend significant time on learning, growing, and staying ahead of industry changes. We practice what we preach by implementing the Japanese term of “Kaizen” meaning continuous improvement. We are constantly moving forward with compassion and consideration, striving for success for employees and businesses.


What’s the biggest change in recruitment we’ve faced so åçfar? “Mass Resignation” following the pandemic. Why? Because “the grind” is no more. Salary is no longer the main priority. It is the fundamental needs of flexibility, sustainability and mental health that is important to employees. We’ve learnt to live with less, and we’ve learnt what’s important, so businesses need to recognise this or risk losing employees.
